How to cancel your basketball tickets
Cancel for any reason at least 72 hours before the game and get 75% of your order back. Here's how.

Check the 72-hour deadline
You must submit a cancellation at least 72 hours before the event start time. Your order page shows the exact cancel-by date and time.
- Step 2
Request a refund from your order
Open your order and request a refund. No documentation is required and no questions are asked. Any personal reason qualifies for a refund.
- Step 3
Return the ticket to the platform
Return the ticket so it can be confirmed. Tickets that were used, scanned, transferred outside the platform, or listed for resale are not eligible.
- Step 4
Get 75% of your order back
Once approved and the return is confirmed, your refund is initiated within 2-5 business days to your original payment method. The remaining 25% is non-refundable.

- When do I have to submit a cancellation?
- At least 72 hours before the event start time. You also need to transfer your tickets back to us, and we must receive them at least 72 hours before the event starts. Requests or ticket transfers after that point are not eligible.
- Why do tickets have to be returned 72 hours before the game?
- The 72-hour window helps prevent people from abusing the program, which would raise prices for everyone. It also gives us time to handle returned tickets properly, so we can keep delivering a great experience for every fan.
- What if I buy tickets less than 72 hours before the game?
- Your tickets are still 100% guaranteed to be real and to get you into the game. Orders placed within 72 hours of tipoff do not include the Experience Guarantee, so they are priced lower. Because the cancellation window has already closed, these orders are not eligible for a refund request.
- Do I have to explain why I am cancelling?
- No. No documentation is required and no questions are asked. Any personal reason qualifies for a refund.
